Hi.  As we all settle in to our own unique ways of remembering and celebrating Christmas, I invite you to join me with a visualization  to extend Love to everyone we know and with whom we have had connection.  Relax into the Love and release all of the data of expectations, strive, criticisms, attitudes, opinions, and violations of any kind until nothing remains except our present connection of Love and commonality with all of these Beings.  Breathe in and gather the feelings, whatever your visualization style, and send/receive Love and Forgiveness to everyone.  Hold That energy in place with acceptance for what is and what has been, and make the determination to allow this recognition to become our dominate association with the world.  We can make choices through discernment, according to our own alignment, and maintain Love as our vibrational course.

When stress, fear, or our thoughts start getting the best of us, we can pause and clear out the clutter, align with who we are, and in a moment, remember this exercise, and apply it.  Focus on all of the goodness we want in our lives and share it.
